Commercial meat grinder accessories made of 420/440C stainless steel, through vacuum quenching + cryotreatment (-196℃) to make the blade hardness of HRC56-60, with ion nitriding strengthened sieve plate (hardness ≥HV900), to achieve more than 50,000 times of service life. After five-axis CNC precision machining (cutting edge accuracy ±0.01mm) and electrolytic polishing (Ra≤0.4μm), the product has both efficient cutting and health safety characteristics, production capacity ≥500kg/h and passed 3000rpm dynamic balance test (vibration ≤0.1mm), which perfectly meets the needs of high-intensity operations such as meat processing plants and central kitchens.
