Product introduction
The product focuses on the manufacturing of precision castings in the medical field, using 316L VM medical stainless steel (ASTM F138 standard) and titanium alloy and other biocompatible materials, through the 9-layer silica sol investment casting process to achieve 0.3mm ultra-thin wall complex structure molding, the dimensional accuracy of ISO 8062 CT5 (±0.1mm/100mm). After vacuum centrifugal casting (density ≥99.5%) and hot isostatic pressing treatment, combined with electrolytic polishing (Ra≤0.2μm) and Swiss precision machining (roundness ≤0.005mm), the product perfectly meets the strict requirements of biological safety and functional precision of orthopedic implants, dental implants and other medical devices. We provide medical grade solutions for the whole process from raw material certification (FDA 510k) to GMP standard production.
