1. Product introduction
The three-piece ball valve is connected with a clamp and is convenient for disassembly and assembly. Valve body, ball, stem are made of sanitary stainless steel material processing, internal and external surfaces after polishing treatment, easy to clean. The valve seat adopts polytetrafluoroethylene, which is safe and non-toxic and has good sealing property. With the pneumatic actuator adopts ISO5211 standard high platform connection, easy to install. Pneumatic actuator equipped with solenoid valve, stroke switch and other accessories for remote automatic control, suitable for food industry.
The valve body is made of stainless steel, and the inner wall of the flow path is electronically polished to keep the fluid unimpeded. The pneumatic sanitary ball valve runner has been carefully polished and sterilized, and adopts the all-inclusive F4 seal, which has no dead corners and is easy to clean. The sealing surface of pneumatic sanitary ball valve adopts all-inclusive PTFE without dead corners to ensure health. Pneumatic sanitary ball valve is widely used in beer engineering, food engineering, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, biological engineering and water treatment engineering and other fields.
Three-piece ball valve is a commonly used switching device, mainly by the ball, the seat and the body of three parts. Its working principle is as follows :1. Closed state: When the ball valve is closed, the ball is pushed to the entrance of the valve body through the valve seat, forming a sealed fluid channel between the valve seat. At this point, the medium enters the ball through the valve body inlet, but cannot continue to flow because the ball is fully attached to the seat.
2. Open state: When the ball valve needs to be opened, the manual or automatic operating device will push the ball to the outside of the seat. The air seal channel between the ball and the valve seat is opened, and the medium can flow smoothly through the ball and the valve body.
3. Intermediate state: There is also an intermediate state of the ball valve, in this state, the medium can flow partially or completely through the flow channel depending on the relative position of the ball. This state is often used to regulate the flow rate or control the flow of the medium.
The advantages of the three-piece ball valve include good sealing, low fluid resistance, simple structure and long service life. It is widely used in oil.
