installation, use and maintenance precautions
1. The products have been inspected and qualified according to the relevant standards (JB/T 9092) before leaving the factory, and the commissioning of the execution device has been completed. In order to ensure the use of the product, do not adjust the fasteners, positioning devices, etc.
2. The following work should be done before the valve installation
① The flow direction indication on the valve body should be consistent with the flow direction of the pipeline medium;
② Check whether the pipe flange is consistent with the valve connection size, tighten the nut evenly during installation, and place the flange gasket symmetrically. ③ Carefully check whether the working condition is consistent with the working pressure, working temperature and corrosion resistance of the product; (4) Check whether the valve channel and the opening and closing parts are attached to dirt. If there is a material to clean up, the sealing surface shall not be damaged during cleaning;
⑤ Check whether the valve components are connected tightly;
The valve is bidirectional seal, do 90 degrees of rotation to observe whether the opening and closing position of the valve is consistent with this, and check whether there is any blocking phenomenon.
