The working principle of the pneumatic sanitary control valve is to open and close the valve through the pneumatic actuator, so as to control the flow rate and pressure of the fluid. The following is the working principle of the pneumatic sanitary control valve:
1. Control signal input: When the system needs to control the fluid, the control system will send a signal to the pneumatic actuator to indicate the opening of the valve.
2. Air supply: After receiving the control signal, the pneumatic actuator will obtain compressed air from the air source interface as a power source.
3. Piston movement: Compressed air enters the cylinder and pushes the piston movement. The movement of the piston causes the spool to move and changes the opening of the valve.
4. Fluid control: With the change of valve opening, the flow rate and pressure of the fluid will also change accordingly. By controlling the opening of the valve, precise control and adjustment of the fluid can be achieved.
5. Feedback signal: The positioner will monitor the position of the valve and send the feedback signal to the control system. The control system can adjust the control signal according to the feedback signal to realize the accurate control of the valve position.
