Product overview
The one-piece ball valve is a compact, cost-effective fluid control device that consists of a solid body, two ports, threaded connections, and a hand-operated handle or actuator. Due to its overall structural design, the all-in-one ball valve cannot be repaired when damaged or corroded, and needs to be replaced as a whole, so it is also known as a "disposable valve". They are known for their small size, light weight, high reliability and low chance of leakage.
Characteristics and application
Structural features: The valve body, ball core and stem of the one-piece ball valve enter the flow channel from one side, because the size of the valve body channel can not be loaded with the full diameter ball core, so the flow port of the ball valve is usually smaller than the size of the pipeline, limiting its flow capacity. Mainly suitable for low pressure pipeline system.
Economy: Due to its integrated design, the all-in-one ball valve has a certain advantage in cost.
Connection method: Available threaded connection, flange connection and clamp connection and other options. The thread is usually 55° taper pipe thread for better sealing performance. The flange connection is easier to install, and the compact structure of the clamp is suitable for installation on space limited pipelines.
Technological advantage
High temperature discharge ball valve: designed for high temperature medium, effectively prevent the medium from leaking from the valve body, avoiding the risk of medium leakage of two and three disc ball valves. Suitable for steam, heat conduction oil and other media.
Thermal insulation ball valve: suitable for conveying easy crystallization, easy solidification medium, through the thermal insulation shell, the use of hot water, steam and other hot media to heat the ball valve to maintain the flow of the medium.
