First, the structure of flange ball valve

Second, the working principle of flange ball valve
1. Enable the status
When the flange ball valve is in the open state, the ball is rotated to a position parallel to the pipe axis, and the medium can flow freely through the valve. At this time, the seat is in a separated state, and the pressure of the medium can press the ball tightly against the seat, thereby preventing the medium from leaking.
2. The status is closed
When the flanged ball valve is closed, the ball is rotated to a position perpendicular to the pipe, and the gap between the seat and the ball is filled with a sealing ring, thereby preventing the flow of media. At this time, the valve can effectively isolate the medium in the pipeline to achieve the purpose of controlling flow and pressure.
